James and team were so accommodating and thoughtful, umbrella's given so we didn't get caught out in the rain. The pond and boats are a joy. Everyone should visit!!! xx

Great way to spend a sunny day. Right on the border of Walthamstow, Leyon, Leytonstone, Snaresbrook and South Woodford - if you're in any of these areas and the weather is decent, I would definitely recommend coming here.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially James (although all the staff are lovely). After (or before) your boat ride, you can purchase bird feed for the ducks and swans that are on the lake, which is much more nutrious for the birds than taking bread (pay that bit extra and give the birds something that will actually benefit them).

They used to have a rare black Swan on the lack which sadly passed away after suffering injuries and struggling there after, the staff did everything they could to try and help to look after this swan

Just finished a lovely sunset boat ride on the ponds this evening. The most most friendly guy was working in the cafe. We’ll both be going back soon
